Trading Terms

• Our client acknowledges that they have received, read and understood our current price list which is available by contacting William L’Estrange Photography directly.

• Product price is guaranteed once deposit is made. All additional add-ons, reprints etc will be subject to current price at time of order. All prices are guaranteed up to three months after event.

• Ownership of all negatives will remain the exclusive property of William L’Estrange Photography in perpetuity. Usage rights will be provided for all Corporate portfolios upon payment of final invoice.

• Wedding and Graduation negatives remain the exclusive property of William L’Estrange Photography. All reprints and reproductions of these negatives are available only via William L’Estrange Photography.

• Copyright laws preserve the right to exclusive use of negatives, digital files and reproductions for the Client, their family friends or acquaintances, or Photographers portfolio promotional advertising, usage on this web site, entry in photographic contest or art exhibition or inhouse display at our studio.

• William L’Estrange Photography cannot be held responsible if our coverage is changed from the pre-planned concept, because of weather conditions or schedule differences caused by (but not limited to) anyone in or at the event, or by clerical restrictions. Because each wedding event is diverse and unique we cannot guarantee any specific photo or pose, but we will however earnestly attempt to honour special requests.

• We take the utmost care with respect to the exposure, development, storage and delivery of photographs.

• All prices subject to change without notification.

• Only Professional grade films and processing used. Prints are colour matched and are of archival quality.
